Terms and Conditions
Subject
These terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between MY DUBAI SAS and its clients for business travel, company formation and real estate advisory services in Dubai.
Services
Services are defined in a quote accepted by the client prior to any commitment. MY DUBAI reserves the right to decline any assignment incompatible with its values or capacities.
Pricing and payment
Fees are expressed in euros and detailed in the quote. A 50% deposit is required upon signing the quote, with the balance due on delivery of the service. Any accepted quote is firm and final.
Cancellation
Any cancellation by the client after signing the quote results in forfeiture of the deposit. MY DUBAI may cancel an assignment in case of force majeure, with full refund of amounts paid.
Liability
MY DUBAI acts as an intermediary and advisor. Its liability is limited to the amount of fees received for the relevant service. MY DUBAI cannot be held liable for decisions made by UAE authorities or banking institutions.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be brought before the competent courts of Paris.
